  5. Still, this doesn't matter because now that this thread is here, SoulPunisher can try and get a staff vote, and if he so happens gets appealed, there is no need to judge him because I am pretty sure he has learned his lesson.

    And yeah right, he was so "slandering" players.

  6. I guess you are correct. But hence, anyone who is trying to get unbanned after his second chance would have it called a third chance, not a fourth.

  10. Just FYI, from the time a permbanned player messages Maxarias and Krysyyjane9191 it will be a MINIMUM of 3 days before receiving a response back. I was told this by Krysyy herself because that's how long they are giving all the current staff to vote. So that means it may take more than 3 days. I don't think they will forget about you if you message them so I'd go the "be patient" route as hard as that may be sometimes :)

  12. Your friend has to email his appeal to support@empireminecraft.com

    That is the only way to do it, and he does not have to log onto the forums.

  13. He can get to this thread without logging in, just give him the email address if he can't find it himself. To be honest though, he should find it himself instead of letting everyone else do the work...

  16. I don't really want to carry it too far, so this will LIKELY be my last post in this. :)

    I think we strayed from the point I was trying to make-permabans basically aren't permanent. Is that correct? They are close to permanent, and that staff members will give critical detail to the appeal, and if the player makes one slip in the appeal, then they have no chance of being pardoned, right? Or am I missing something here?

    Also, I do dearly hope that the players being pardoned are actually giving reasonable appeals. I know I should trust the staff in maintaining this service well enough to keep EMC almost grief-free, but a LOT of banned players that normal players have been talking about getting unbanned just got unbanned. (<-- Maybe confusing) Anyways, take Soul for example-he/she (I SERIOUSLY DO NOT KNOW STILL) got banned by IcC if what I hear is correct. Now that IcC has sadly retired from EMC, he/she (OISAHDIUHSAIUDHS) has been unbanned, and it just either seems extremely coincidental, or some other factors.
