Someone please tell me if my math is incorrect

Was it ending 13 hours after the initial start of the auction, or 13 hours after the last valid bid? Most auctions either have a set date and time, or a time after the last valid bid.
It is definitely 13 hours past the start of the auction, but only 3 hours after the last valid bid
