At the top click servers the connect addresses are the ips. Get on minecraft and click "multiplayer" then "add server" and put the ip on the bottom...

Well their could be unbreakable enchantment for hoes and also some sort of loot for it to the loot enchant could make it so you get more everytime...

You say you have a chest of music discs but there are different discs and some are worth more than others, could you please say which types of music...
I don't think pvp is a good idea because most people seem happy without it and a lot of people come on this server because they aren't good at pvp....
