11000 is still really cheap! iirc /v +bulk on smp8 buys a dc total of ~20000 rupees (check my math someone)
It's a bit rare and traveling to it is annoying. It's also "special" imo because it has the properties of ice and doesn't melt.
Well, thats the point. There is a small chance someone who wants this much ice will bid, and they did. Doing this for other items might not work...

I was told the access chest was setup. Should be near the center of my storage room on my first res. If not ill fix when I can get on in a few days.
