Well, I rang Microsoft up to have a refund then I got put on hold then they forwarded me to some random person then she was like 'explain whats happened' so I said 'maybe if you lot didn't mess around I would have my money back and the next person could complain to you!'
Then she forwarded me then they for some reason knew what I wanted xD So then got someone to ring me to explain what had happened they were sorry blah blah blah then they said they will fully refund me :)
refund for what. And i had a problem with BestBuy Geek Squad 2 days ago. My brand new computer, got christmas morning, crashed and i called them. Lady picks up. I explain my problem and she was like, "Ok ima get you into safe mode. Gimmy a minute ima put u on hold." The hold music plays twice and long story short in two hours this lady couldn't figure out how to put windows 8 into safe mode......
Refund for Windows 7 I brought it from some Microsoft support Site which is USA portal im UK so cant ring USA Numbers then they rang me and its all sorted :D And its just stupid people that answer those calls and really gets annoying
Lol i fix crashed computers on my own, better than any support phone numbers. FIY: for windows 8 safe mode repeatedly press F8 as soon as you press the power button and it will give u the option for safe mode.
Oh lol 1998. They all sound so good at them but then when it comes to ringing someone up you always get the person who cant understand you and you can understand them! >:(
I know! They say like 'let me check on your order' or something then you know they have gone to ask the person next to them what do you do when this happens?
And when they come back the are all like "Oh im so srry for the long wait" im like "Oh no its fine, btw i love that crappy low quality junk you just blessed me with for 5 minutes"
