Blue light filter and low brightness and if needed a brightness reducing app pretty mucj solve that for me, meaning that I can actually go to sleep by watching YouTube videos. :P
It's accurate, especially in the weekend. :P "ok, imma go to bed on time today, but I'll first quickly do X" *does X* *goes do more stuff, often while X hasn't even been finished* *2 am* "ok ok crap in 5 minutes now" *3 am* "why do i do this every freaking time" ..... >.< :P

Wow, this is weird, so there will be many people in the US who will have gone to bed earlier than me, 6 hours in the future...
