While this isn't necessary, having a chair on wheels, despite being not very nice to the floor, it helps with getting in and out. But you do you.

I've reached the conclusion that any gaming/racing style chair is not for me. We've tried Homall and Furmax. I've added a tempurpedic cushion even, and it's still like sitting on a rock. Needs more cushion! So please, let me know if you find a comfy one.

Yeah when I moved, I threw out my old chair because it was past time. I've been using this old wooden chair that is basically meant for a maximum of 30 minutes of sitting, so anything else is likely better at this point. With xmas around the corner though, seemed like a good thing to splurge on.

I need to get a nice chair at some point in the future with cushioning as well. But also able to allow you to lean back in it. My current chair isn’t doing so good with all the leaning back I do with it constantly. So hard to just get decent comfort with chairs ;-;

Something with lots of lights, reclining, speakers, a coffee machine and a massage function.

Sorry for the long link I couldn't figure out how to shorten it. Anyway, this chair is excellent for people with scoliosis, is a best seller 5 star product, it's relatively cheap, and you can choose it's color, if thats important to you of course.
