Prairie, I joined orangetheory in hopes of learning HOW to workout, as well as being in a group class. So far, it's making a LARGE difference in my energy and my mental positivism.
Oh, um....combo of rowing, treads, and weights. So it was 7 min of rowing/weights, starting with a 500m row, then weights for the rest of the 7 mins. Then you switched and went to the treads for variable pace/incline for 7 mins, then back to row/weights.
A little less shocking to the joints, but yeah I try to go every Monday through Friday, right after work. Started beginning of October and I can already feel myself getting better. I can actually do some of the static crunch exercises now so ab muscles must be developing under my pudge belly ;P
