    Lol Prairie_Fire, I'd agree if it wasn't for the scoliosis and being genetically inclined to have my joints break down early. I'd rather not speed up that process.

    I actually tried that and it messed up my metabolism pretty badly a while back. I'm gluten sensitive to start, so my diet is generally low carb, but not to that extreme. I'm also predisposed to cholesterol problems, so I'd rather not increase that any more than I have to.

    I didn't know that. FatherGuse is wheat, Rye and barley so I get it. I hope you find something that works for you.

    So far the workouts and low gluten diet are both helping. It's a maintainable lifestyle once I get my body used to really moving. The mental high after a workout is worth it.
