Art, mostly, some coding, maybe. (Making a Virtual Tabletop website/app maybe) Since I cannot really afford to pay real cash, and I think that wouldn't be allowed anyway, I was going to use EMC stuff as it were.
Rules state that rupees exchanging for real world items is not allowed, that's only allowed for signature graphics, avatars etc that will be used on the forums. Therefore, I don't think you can pay rupees for someone to build you a website.
Can I give them a 'gift of appreciation' when done then? Cause I don't like asking for help on something like this while giving zero compensation. And I plan on giving any 1 active year EMC member, as well as several other communities that I am apart of (well one, a streaming community for one YT/Streamer), a benefit(s) for being a part of these. This will likely have free, paid, more paid tiers.
This would mainly be used to keep content and development rolling, and pay for hosting, storage etc. I do believe this would be subscription based if we do end up charging anyway. If not there would likely be exclusive rewards for EMC members I think.
Real money transactions are strictly disallowed on EMC, and giving something in return for a service is the definition of paying. Check out Rule #8, section about Real Money Transactions https://empireminecraft.com/wiki/rules/
Could I ask about people volunteering for it, not mentioning payment, and ONLY give an appreciation gift if the project succeeds? (I hope I clearly worded that)
