  1. Greetings, kind citizens of EMC

To celebrate the 1 year anniversary of my return to this lovely place, I have prepared a little surprise! But first, a backstory of how I ended up here, if you'd like to read it:

My experience with Minecraft first started in 2012, when a couple dozen other kids in middle school created a factions server. I played with them for about a year before eventually quitting, as it turns out factions can get quite messy and cliquey when griefing and stealing can occur...I remember once giving someone my cafeteria ice cream sandwich to get back the 9 or so diamonds I had lost  :lmao:

Later on, in May of 2015, I remembered the game and decided to give it another crack. I took to Google and searched for "top Minecraft servers", and "Empire Minecraft" was one of the ones that came up. The name appealed to me because, though I hated factions, I loved the idea of land and riches and power, which "empire" seemed to promise.

When I first joined, I recall "Ultimamaxx" messaging me to set my home on smp8.emc.gs, which I did. My time then was mostly spent talking to others in smp8's chat, as the social factor was the most entertaining for me. My main mentor was Sgt_Pepper4. I remember first visiting his res and seeing the glowing beacons and thinking, "wow...this guy is so rich!" Sergeant gave me a lot of the materials I used to build my first house, and also taught me how reselling worked. Thus began my trade of buying cobblestone from MrGreywolf for 1r apiece and reselling to the iUlti mall for 2r apiece

Around this time I also met friendypig, who, true to his name, was very friendly. He showed me his shop selling potions for 3r apiece. I bought a bunch of them, set up chests on my res, and announced I was selling them for 8r apiece....I still remember how excited I was when someone came and bought a few! That is, until friendy messaged me later and said I was banned from his shop for reselling :( (Funnily enough, my shop flag is still off on friendy's res....yet, move is off for everyone, but I still have move flag along with a few others. Wonder why...)

The culmination of my short time on EMC in 2015 was the set of armor. My biggest goal at the time was to get the best set of gear possible, as my main concern was dying in the wastelands. Thus, I visited ChumMiner's smp5 shop, and used all of my rupees to buy enchanted books for 2k each. The diamonds were donated by Sgt. But, at the end, I realized that I had a problem--I had no XP levels to combine them! Luckily, Ulti noticed this in the chat and offered to do it for free. I still remember standing by the anvil and watching the business-suit-clad pigman clanking away, and I was very impressed.

Funnily enough, Ulti captured this moment in a random youtube video:
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8Hxku6jLV30

The armor was glorious. Protection IV. Thorns III. Aqua Affinity and Respiration on the helmet!? Depth strider on the boots!?? I could swim for longer! It was incredibly exciting; I wore the set wherever I went thereafter.

Shortly after this, though, I lost access to a PC as my school switched over to iPads. For the next 6 years, I used a succession of iPads as my main devices. World of Tanks and then Pubg Mobile became my go-to games, and I made many good friends from them.

On the morning of January 8th, 2021, I found myself randomly thinking about Minecraft, as I liked fighting mobs and such there. On a whim, I remembered that super God set of armor on an economy-type server...and wondered, how much would it be worth now? What if I'm super-rich?

And thus, I redownloaded the game and logged back on for the first time in many years.

While the armor itself now only has sentimental value on my wall :p, it stands next to a gigantic wall of the heads of the so, so many amazing people I have had the privilege to get to know this past year (also next to a dozen chests of actually valuable things, lol)

I am incredibly glad to have found my way back here, and, for my 1 year anniversary, wanted to do something special as others have done.

The problem with most giveaways and, indeed, most valuables on EMC is that the final items are often never actually used. Final soulbound promos are forever relegated to sit in chests, their super-enchants destined to idly wait. A big pile of rupees? Maybe spent on more promos that will also sit and collect dust.

I wanted to have an awesome expensive giveaway, but of something that hasn't been done before; something that would be practical

And thus the idea of the Super Kit was born.

Behold the ultimate superiority in defense, mobility, and practicality.

    The Kit is as follows:

The vanilla Netherite Helmet provides the solid +3 armor stat that no current promo/special item surpasses. Thus, this is the best you can get for your head.

The ultra-rare Steel Armor is the pride and joy of the set. The superb +10 armor set surpasses that of vanilla netherite, giving it the best overall protection on EMC. Coupled with Mending, of course, for practicality. Steel itself is incredibly rare due to the difficulty involved in obtaining it. An Enraged Silverfish only occasionally drops a single steel spike (and this, only at high diff levels). Each spike is combined with a spark to make a Charged Steel Spike. 9 of these make 1 Steel Ingot. Each Spike can go for 9k rupees or more, and the chest plate requires 63 of them. But even aside from the price--very few players have them, making this piece highly exquisite.

The newly released Stretchy Pants provide the mildly overpowered stats of Soulbound, Unbreakable netherite with Blast Protection X. Only comparable to Bionic Pants, which are diamond. These will forever be the best pants you can get your hands on, surpassing even Grimm_Pantalones' personal pants.

Another cream of the crop is the specially enchanted Turkey Trotters. These boots have been overlooked for far too long--they provide unending +30% speed, essentially giving you an infinite potion of swiftness. Combine this with Feather Falling X, so you can also jump off hills and cliffs with ease, and Unbreaking X, so they last much longer than normal leather boots. These truly are the best boots money can buy, and since they lack the "Final" attribute, can be enchanted with Mending and Soul Speed III to make them the ultimate adventure shoes. Prepare for many miles of fast and effective travel.

    And now, for the weapons....

The highly sought-after Flame 2 Infinity-Mending Bow provides the overall best-in-class performance. Flame 2 means targets burn for longer, and the Infinity-Mending aspect of course gives you infinite arrows with the ability to easily mend the bow. This would undoubtedly be the ultimate go-to bow, if not for the little EMC specialty of...

the Marlix Bow. Now, this doesn't really fit the theme of practicality that all of the other items have, since it cannot be repaired, but it is so powerful that I had to include it. Flame 3 provides an even better flame, PLUS the bow can fire 2 arrows at once and deal double the damage when Shiny Arrows are held in the offhand. The inferior Power IV means that arrows might fall short, but this bow is definitely on the same level as the Flame 2 Infinity-Mending. I have included 2 of them along with a few stacks of Shiny Arrows for ammunition; whip these out for tough mob/pvp battles.

In the blade section, we have a standard Netherite Sword. Providing the reliable +11 Attack Damage, this sword is currently not surpassed by any promo sword in terms of usability. However, for the sake of the adventurer, the...

Presidential Pen must be included. With the lovely Looting IV enchantment, it spews out mob drops. Sadly, the never-fixed EMC glitch means that it only deals the damage of a fist punch, relegating it to the role of a finishing blow. Nonetheless, for situations in which a mob drop is especially valuable, this sword will come in handy.

A true Kit isn't complete without the consumables, though, and you will find yourself well-stocked.

1 Double Chest of Golden Apples will provide you food for many, many trips to come. Superior to Golden Carrots in hunger point restoration, they also give you Absorption 1 for 2 minutes and Regeneration II for 5 seconds. The best choice for travelling!

For months of combat to come, 1 Single Chest of Haunted Candy will sustain your violence. Considered cheating by many, these items instantly refill hunger when clicked, and give you Saturation III for 1 minute. In a PVP arena, this equates to invincibility; when fighting mob bosses and the like on Difficulty 10, they give you much more breathing room.

For the more conventional player, 1 SC of Totems of Undying will give you 27 more chances at life.

And finally, all explorers need ample storage space for their goods. A generous 1 Double Chest of Shulker Shells will give you a long-term supply of boxes...courtesy of the Shulker Reaktor.

I first considering auctioning this Kit off, but decided that a giveaway would be better, as the Steel and Bow are often out of the range of affordability for many players. So, how can you win these items?

Simply answer these 2 questions below:

    1. What's your favorite/funniest memory of adventures in the frontier/wastelands of EMC?

    2. If you won the Super Kit, how would you use the items?

If you'd like, you can also take this moment to do the traditional "Ask Me Anything" thing that's so popular...but please, try to make the questions interesting :p

A week or 2 from now, I will follow KatydidBuild's giveaway method and use a random number generator according to post numbers to pick a winner! BUT, you need to write something, because I want to read all of the lovely answers :)

I hope the Super Kit will accompany you through many years of adventure to come. Thank you to everyone who made this past year super special for me. Also, Super Thanks to Progryck for his dedication and help with the graphics in this post :).
  2. OMG I LOVE READING THIS AND I'M NOT EVEN FINISHED YET!!!!!!
    Edit 1: Apparently, I'm first here! :D
Edit 2: The actual answers and stuff:

From the many amazing EMC memories I have, I could pick nothing else than this one down here.
It was the day I finally decided to go to that far out jungle in the wild where I wanted to set up my base and be happy (because who doesn't want to live in a jungle). What seemed like a smart plan at first, turned out to fall apart into some rather annoying incidents, such as the one where I got trapped inside an autosorter build and (dumb as I am) decided to put my stuff in *a chest* for a second to think about a solution. (yep, my gear disappeared into what seemed to be a multiple chunk-wide autosorting monstrosity, I never saw any of it again.). I remember Gawadrolt who came with a friend of his to rescue me but when he offered me to come to town with them, I was brave (or stupid?) enough to politely reject the offer and continue my journey. I was halfway, couldn't stop right then could I? Back then I didn't have an elytra so after hours of boattraveling, I finally got to the edge of what would become "my jungle", a piece of jungle that hasn't been touched until today. Day turned into night and damn zombies got my boat and since swimming wasn't a thing in 1.12, I asked for help once more. And yes, again it was Gawadrolt and his buddy who came to rescue me, through a nether tunnel this time. They dug until straight underneath the jungle and ended up in a cave right underneath the beach I was standing on. This time, I did go back home and even though I visited the jungle a few more times, I haven't been able to stay there for long enough to actually make something bigger than a "netherrack shack" over there.
I definitely owe Gawa more than I've ever been able to give him. Sadly, friends come and go as time passes and after years of waiting, I don't know if Gawadrolt will ever come back to EMC...

As you probably found out by now, I'm really the sentimental kind of person. That is why I would use the kit for not use the kit at all. No, knowing me, I would probably try to mobilize a huge workforce to build the most magnificent museum ever built on EMC, all and alone to honor the most practical kit on EMC ... and fail in doing so.

And now I'm so tired of all the typing that I'll post possible questions for you (Dras) in the next edit of this post.
  3. My favorite memory of the wastelands would have to be a year or so ago.
I had seen someone post in chat that they wanted to go find a woodland mansion so I being very eager to adventure at the time msged them and said that I wanted to do it. So MaglorYavetil and I started out on our adventure to find a woodland mansion. No elytras no minecarts just running and boating, it took us like two hours to find this woodland mansion and that is still probably the most fun I've had in a long time. Just the adventure and the community here is what keeps me coming back.
If I win the items will be used to help new players. I see players posting in chat about how they always need help against bosses like Netherhound or Eyender and I always go out of my way to help if I can. I would use this armor to be able to help more people and be able to just wade in and get their stuff without worrying
  4. My favorite memory in the frontier is...building my base.
I was a 7th grader and it was the summer break. I had recently gotten into watching historical videos about...ancient history. Mostly they were ancient recipies from Rome and Greece. I wanted to contruct a Roman Castra (a type of ancient Roman fortress.) So, I took my pickaxe and headed out. First I would need to gather materials, which is what I did. I gathered enough stone to build it. Once I did, I set out to find an area to build.
I found a nice desert spot on SMP 1, and it was decently far from spawn. I decided to settle there.
Since I was pretty tired, I decided to turn on some of those videos and just build. For some reason, one of my most vivid memories were those 2 days I spent constructing. I went around the walls, adding height to them with stone brick. Once I finished the outer layer, I built another layer on the inside.

After I had finished, I wanted to create the main building. I constructed the Keep next to the tower I had been using to store materials. I added a vault to store my diamonds, a chest storage system, archery ranges, and more. I remember inviting some middle school friends to come play, and having fun with them, just chilling in my base. It was the most fun I had on EMC, even to this day.

If I were to obtain the kit, I would probably have it enshrined at a reliquary in my Utopia base, and I would take it out for regular use on SMP 1. I would use it for my normal tasks, expanding my base by exploring and creating fortifications and mini-bases at good spots. I would also sort of...do an idea of mine. I always wanted to have a "hotline" that people could use in sticky situations. I experienced many of those myself, like dying to netherhounds or falling in lava, and I could make use of these promos for that. I would also help players pinned down by bosses. Finally, after some time using it, I might do what Dras is doing and give it away...let a new player or someone who wants to help people get it and use it for that reason as well. Nice way to pass it forward.
  5. Ah, so this is what my 12 stacks of apples were for, I knew hoarding them would be good for something. :p

    1. Well, I've had a lot of fun adventures, but definitely one of the most fun for me was when we did Miku's little challenge to find that cave. It was really fun trying to figure out the clues from the picture and even more amazing when it was the first jungle we tried and I just happened to spot a skeleton hanging around in the cave.
Another good moment was when I first discovered the Ancient Lake (my outpost). I was just trying to get 5k blocks away from spawn, and the marker I had placed happened to land next to this amazing looking lake. Lakes don't normally generate in Minecraft, usually it's a bay or an ocean, but this one was surrounded by amazing cliffs on 3 sides and a forest on the other. An absolutely stunning view, I just had to build there. That's why the Observatory leads out into the middle of the lake, so visitors can see what I saw that day.

    2. Honestly not sure what I'd do with it. I'd probably use gear on 8 and move my current gear to 7 so I can have op stuff on both smps. I really like the Marlix bow so I'd probably use that myself. As for the resources, well, I always can use them. :p

Also Dras, you didn't tell us what your favorite wild adventure was. So tell us some fun stories.
  6. 1. My favorite memory of being in the frontier/wastelands would probably be getting lost in the wastelands when I was a noobie and running into somebody who pointed me into the direction of spawn. I don't really leave town lol

    2. If I won this Super Kit, I'd probably collect/use the items as their all repairable.
  7. my favorite memory from the wasteland was when I was running from a creeper it blew up right as I jumped, and i got booted from the server for flying.

if I got the kit i would just hold on to it. i never really use promos and all the other stuff would go in my massive storage for hoarding.
  8. 1. What's your favorite memory of your adventures in the frontier/wastelands of EMC?
I don't normally venture out of town, so I don't have many memories. I do have one distinct memory of trying to get to LeGravity's wild base after he got rid of the water elevator. I had to use an elytra. LeGravity tried so hard to teach me how to fly, but I just kept dying, especially when trying to land. At one point he accidentally gave me exploding fireworks and I, of course, exploded. Eventually, I did manage to land with some health left over so I could explore, but I vowed to never go back there again. I hightailed it out of there as soon as I could and embraced the sweet, safe air of town when I got back. Oh gods, never again.

    2. If you won the Super Kit, how would you use the items?
Well, first I'd not use it. I'd keep it in chests so I could stare at its glory. Then after a bit, when I finally manage to work up the courage to, I will venture into the nether. Most people think that the nether is more dangerous than the wilderness, but I find the nether to be safer because you're usually enclosed in netherrack, meaning you won't encounter enemies often. When you do encounter them, you'll be aware that they're there (unlike creepers). As long as I bring fire resist and night vision pots with me, the nether is the better choice.

And then one day I will eventually try to venture out into the wilderness and attack everything that I can see. I always have diff set to 7, enraged and bosses on, despite how I fail at survival. So, it should be a fun ride.
  9. 1: One of my favorite moments was when I was younger, Brookey1131 built a massive hotel in the wilds. I thought this was a super cool idea and really found it impressive how many people participated in it and kept it running. I was going there a ton and eventually thought "Wouldnt it be awesome if I did this?" so of course I set off on my journey to build a competitor. This time, it would be a castle. A massive castle with small stores and such.

The main material I was using was cobblestone, and I wasnt too good at saving and farming at the time so I didnt have nearly enough for the massive project I started so it was super slow. Super fun, but also super slow. After like a week of building however, I had to go on vacation and I was nowhere near done with all the mob setbacks and just the unpreparedness of it all.

After a month, I was back. However it seems like creepers have really given it a beating and it wasnt in the best shape so that was the end of it. (Plus I really wasnt the best builder at the time). I did end up going to the hotel long after it lost its relevancy though, and would frequently try to repair parts of it and spawn iron golems to help keep the area safe xD.

(Also the first time going into the wild, after only playing minecraft for a week or so as a creeper just blew up my first house in my first survival world and just seeing the massive mob farms and the pathways on the ocean and such was super memorable.)
2: I would equip most of em and the rest either throw in a chest or put in armor stands.
  10. 1. I'm been on for 18months as of yesterday 1/7. One of my favorite moments was a few months back (I think elfinpineapple or chickeneer hosted the event) but basically it was 'testing' out this thing called a wither tornado: basically a wither that fires wither projectiles at machine gun speed, and also 1/2 the time they made it invisible. Top this off with endlessly spawning in minibosses/enraged mobs for a couple hours.
...You can imagine it: a complete warzone of players constantly dying. eventually my gear slowly got destroyed in the chaos and I was left with just a diamond sword. I died and Merek_Shadower (able to pick up my stuff) picked up the sword, promptly died, then never picked it up for me... So I was left fighting netherhounds/withers with sticks or wooden swords and 0 armor.

    2. If I were to win this, I'd likely use most of it. The armor for sure as I'm building enough stuff in the frontier and the trotters/pants especially are great to be basically immune to mob damage. the gapples woudl last me forever and I'd probably slowly add them to firefloor rewards or something, but the shulks would be a huge assist to help in my logi chain of moving resources from places like the XL Trade Hall/Tunnel of Travesties to other servers to aid in helping ppl with their builds (which is what I do >50% of the time).

AMA: If you had the chance to travel (for free) and meet any person you hangout with on EMC, who would you choose; and what are some things the two of you would do.
  11. 1. Favourite Waste/Wild experience: Hmm, my favourite waste/wild experience would be trying to build and help my old friend on EMC a guardian farm, and somehow she forgot about the fall damage because she mainly mined on Utopia, so when we were placing the signs, took major fall damage and the sentence afterwards was just "Forgot about that part, should have done this on utopia" and we laughed about it for ages. We still bring this up till this day and this was around the first couple of months of me being on EMC and meeting this girl. :) After that thing happened whilst we were building it, It took a few good months to be able to finish it because of the fear of dying again, but it's a really good farm since then.

    2. How would I use it if I were to win? I'd probably try to help as many people with it, Collect and keep the others safe. and get a decent use out of half of it :)

Thankyou so much for doing this Dras, It's amazing what you're doing for EMC :)
  12. 1. I'd say my favorite was back around when I had first started on EMC. I went out into the Frontier with someone I had just met. Eventually reaching an Ice Spikes biome. We decided to just setup there. Making a makeshift land bridge across the water and setting up a tower to live in. We ended up staying there doing random things for the entire night and into the morning. Overall it was a pretty nice time. Can't even remember where that place is anymore though. xD

    2. I'd probably use the armor and weapons for going out into the wastes and gathering resources. As for everything else, I'm not too sure. Might use some for whatever I think up to use them for in my mind or give them to people who ask in chat for anything like what's pictured above specifically. Definitely possible at least some of it will end up gathering dust in storage. xD

Glad you decided to return to EMC a year ago. EMC can always use more peeps hanging around.
  13. 1) I'd say my favorite time was when around 1.8 came out or whatever update had the ocean monuments. Me and one of my friends (who doesn't play anymore) were exploring one of the first monuments seen and I kept dying. But I was one of the first people to get prismarine blocks  :<3:

    2) I would give the armor to someone else who would actually use it, since I mostly use my voters armor.
  14. Mmm ty for the apples <3

So last year me and CardinAction found it very funny to go up to random new players and spam them with gifts…usually this was in the context of someone who just finished the tutorial and was hanging around their res. We’d go up and throw XP bottles and drop diamond blocks/tools and such.

This eventually culminated into a comical journey. We noticed that there were 3 new players (probably friends irl) on the livemap that had gone about 10k blocks out from one of the frontier spawns, and were starting up a little village. Me and card got together a bunch of rockets and flew all the way out there.

Once we arrived, we found that there were several high points overlooking their little base. We had brought Meteor Bows (which fire arrows that then turn into fireworks upon landing), and started sniping them with these fireworks. For them, it was very confusing, as non-EMC players would not know about the non-vanilla mechanic of fireworks being shot from afar and landing at your feet.

So after they freaked out in community chat a bit, we finally flew down and started spamming them with diamond blocks. One of them was standing still, so I built a diamond prison around him, and for good measure spammed a bunch of item frames inside with netherite ingots.

They were just stunned, and it was a load of fun. We probably looked very foreign, as they were standing there in the basic iron armor and we were wearing elytras with max netherite, carrying American flag shields.

However, shortly after I ran out of hunger (we focused on bringing riches and not actual supplies) and had to ask to borrow some wheat so I wouldn't starve. But they didn't see my requests in chat, so I had to go through their chests and find some food to steal.

And then it was even more embarrassing when, after I ate the food, I accidentally fell off the high platform and landed at their feet, died, and spewed my inventory into the ocean. They were definitely confused about that, especially when Card had to go swimming to recover all of my things. :lmao:

But it was insanely fun, and a couple days later one of them messaged me and said that they were all on a voice chat, and the others were freaking out...he thanked me for all the supplies.

That was definitely my best memory :)

Alright so aside from heading to Wisconsin to meet you and do the things you mentioned that probably aren't appropriate to mention in the EMC forums....

I definitely want to go to Europe and meet Progryck in Belgium. The guy is genuinely the nicest, smartest, most outgoing/generous person I have ever seen in my entire life. He's literally a saint, and I have never seen a single other person more selfless than he is (aside from EMC matters as well). As for doing things, he can teach me how to draw :p
  15. 1. Well I recently joined the server once again for the first time in over 7 years due to the fact I treated myself to a nice gaming pc I've been wanting for 4 years. It SOOOO outclasses the Windows XP that I kept trying to run EMC on for....a good 4 years haha. My favorite memory is probably the crazy amount of times I hunt for bats, glow squids, and axolotls lol! I've currently been active for only 29 days on this account so I don't have many memories yet but I hope that'll change soon. It's just so frustrating and hilarious to catch bats! Their hit boxes are so small and the little buggers can spin on a dime!
    2. Honest opinion? Well I don't have a need for a dc of golden apples so I might as well give them to new players and stash a few in some back-up shulkers if I need them! I'm always running out of storage space so those shulker shells will help me SO MUCH!! (and I also don't need that many so donations/storage they go ;P) I will GLADLY add the stretchy pants, turkey trotters, presidential pen, steel chestplate, and marlix bows to my growing promo/boss collection that I am trying to build to make up for missed time! I also am dyingggg for some totems because sometimes I just die in the stupidest ways and I wish wish wish I had a second chance without traveling another couple thousand blocks to recover my gear hahaha. I'll probably work on creating extra gear sets for myself and others that are struggling to find ores or just run into a barrier that they can't get up from! (I have 1 gear set rn and I'm too broke to make another hehe)
  16. It was a full 3 days of nothing but fighting and death. As the epic battle began, we happen upon Momentus who stood in all his regalness ready to take down any who dares to cross his path. As sjEvans and I fought we died many times to this creature until reinforcements arrived. In came the Marvelous Drasleona, Grimm_Pantalones, and others I can't recall to take down the wretched beast! With a few more deaths and more blood than can be possible to survive losing we defeated the beast! But be as it may this victory was very short lived! As we were celebrating our victory we hear a distant rumble. Curiosity got the best of us and we went to investigate the source of the rumble to discover Marlix had appeared, ready and waiting to fight. Flying around and taunting us with his minions, shooting us with so many arrows we could barely see the battle field. More reinforcements were called in and it was an all out battle for our lives. As people died all around and stuff exploding everywhere in comes Sorgina and her horrid cats! I tried taking her on alone but lost my life many times to her or her minion cats before finally recovering all my stuff. The battle rage on for forever it seemed! After many days, many deaths of me and others Marlix and Sorgina were finally defeated! The minions laid in ruins on the ground and the corpses of Marlix and Sorgina faded into nothingness until the next battle with them arose! We all walked away limping from all the pain our bodies had endured but celebrated our victory in the spoils of the fight!

Now as to how I would use the Super Kit, I would most definitely be using the items that I can use and tuck the others away to maybe gift to others along the road. I like giving to others. To help another fellow EMC person is amazing to me and I like to spread the joy. I wish luck to any and all folks that enter this giveaway and May the odds be ever in your favor!

  17. Finally! i found this thread and didn't notice that dras's history somewhat same as me :)
Okay, let me sum up my history:
    1. When i come to minecraft, it was aug/2015 . I read those webstiles from local wiki like this about mobs. Forgive me (that post is gone). I played mc for first time, click launch on mc launcher and i do excatly as local wiki said, mining wood, etc.... Until i saw zombie and quit game.
    2. Many attmept later, i build a nice house in village, but how unlucky the trial time ends and i trapped inside the house and can't open door.
    3. 2 Month later i found other pirated mc launcher, called shirigima, teamextreme.. I played mc in pirated version and do mostly in singleplayer, with the aid of creative mode and forge/liteloader mods.
    4. Then i bored about singleplayer and wanna have geniue copy of mc, i decide to buy mc with 250.000 vnd in late 2019. I joined other server (i can't mention that server due to emc laws) and play acrade games alot, also varimpirez. Until i got banned in sep/2021, i decided to search "minecraft survial no pvp" on google, then i found empire minecraft on top of search. I thinked "Should i join this server?". And that night comes! 11/9 night (in my time) i joined emc for first time and saw nice town plot. I build a nice mansion until these plot around me are derleict. At that time i didn't talk much and stay silent...
    • Okay, so i have tons of nice mermory, but let me present nice mermory:
The adventure through the end in wastelands. Same as many adventures else, i raid end city with my elytra and wandering around to find end city. But at one moment, i fogert to have elytra at inventory at time i kicked by eyender in edge of island. I tried to throw ender pearl but missed. When i saw my y=-24 i can't retrive myself anymore. Fell premantley into void and waiting to death. Then i lost EVERYTHING in inventory. I was have depression at that time. Then a player sent me mail. It's CardInAction. he sent me 1 full kits of netherite and 64 diamonds! I said to him "many thanks" First time i saw emc peeps are sooo nice!
    • What's my persornality, according to your 2nd question:
My persornality, basically same up to 90% this charater (except fictional fact in that wiki). Idk why but my persornality seems werid. I usually willing to help other player based on my idealogy:
"Social welfare means everything! You can pay it foward instead of judge current situtaion. No one should left behind"
I will help them while i can, also make rescure if they need help. Finance assist also included
  18. So, I know I'd felt adamant I wouldn't have much to share, but then I remembered my first day in the wilds on this server. And on that first day, my friend ArmyEngineer had first come to EMC. He and I had played on a private server I owned for awhile and felt confident enough in our MC skills to venture into public multiplayer.

So, here we are. My first day in the frontier and his first on the server in general. I'd only been playing a week at this point. It was 2016 as I recall. I think frontier South on smp3 is where we went, and as we boated along (lots of ocean), we marveled at the builds and the wreckage.

At some point we came across a single-block highway and opted to run it. Eventually, we hung a right and came across a cute settlement. As we walked around the place, two players appeared nearby and ran over. At first they were standoffish. Now that I've been around awhile, I understand their worry we might be looting or other nefariousness.

We calmed them down. Explained how we got there and from that point they invited us to witness a trial. Little did we expect to be led to a courtroom where the duo then proceeded to prosecute their friend.

Now, we'd only been in the wild for maybe 20 minutes and here we are front and center at a court hearing.

That's right. We stumbled across an Outpost where three friends were RPing. And, it got stranger.

After pronouncing the defendant's guilt, the three walked outside to a water hole. And then the guilty player jumped in and summarily drowned himself as punishment. Once executed, the remaining two handed us some food and then sent us on our way. I don't remember what the crime was, in fact, they didn't say. Probably because our arrival interrupted that part.

Their base was eventually connected to ours via rail but we never saw them again except in passing. They haven't been back in a few years now though. So, yeah, it is definitely an EMC memory I won't forget.

**As far as the Super Kit, I would def use 90% of it and dress up my friend ArmyEngineer's armor stand at my base with what I don't. I'm making a memorial of him since he's gone now.**
  19. I'm not very good at these things lol but I love everyone's entries.

    1. My favorite memory is sort of my outpost as a whole, I've met so many great people who have become members out there that I can't pinpoint a specific favorite memory because they're all wonderful memories and now lifelong friends who go further than the game now.

    2. I would use some of the items to adventure more and the rest would be shared with my outpost members. I don't keep many things for myself, even my personal storage is open for all members of Hallowvale. ^~^ haha

Happy Anniversary, Dras! You're amazing, thank you for giving members of the community the chance to win such an amazing prize and for all you do.
  20. 1. Favorite memory of adventures in the frontier/wastelands of EMC?

There are so many over 8.5+ years, so here are a few that stand out.

-When I first started EMC and dug my res for diamonds, only to realize its all dirt :)
-When kind players helped me get started and find the wild, and back then no waste so had to venture further out past what looked like wastelands in /wild lol
-Years later when I still feel dumb after a player helps me realize I have been wasting my time (like combining several damaged tridents into one good one, as opposed to adding mending to each and repairing each) :)
-I enjoy exploring and gathering from the wastes after major updates.
-The first time I had help to kill EMC bosses on Diff 10!
-The first time I actually killed an EMC boss on my own Diff 5.
-I have to say my Favorite EMC frontier memory, at least in the last year plus, is quickly building a sweet nether base and wither skele farm with Merek, after he invited me to his outpost.

Thank you for being a good friend and thank you for this giveaway
