Suggestion for an event that could come to a place near you!

  1. So my idea is the following

    It would be like staff vs players event

    But with a twist (dun dun DUNNNN!)

    So instead of a pvp arena like on smp6 the staff have 1h to build a bace to protect them selfs (well no creative items could be a rule) and we the players have to kill the

    Its as simple as that!!

    So staff would team up together and build a bace that they think will protect them selfs from us the emc community!

    Some of the rules could be

    No creative
    No blocks that you cant get in survival
    When the timer runs out for staff building times up

    Optional *
    You could make a thing where people can kill each other not just staff

    Its like man hunt lol if anyone knows what that is

  4. This would be so awesome! I believe that if this was done, there would have to be some rules in place (no tnt/no chorus fruit) to make the event a tad bit more fun.

    After thought: How bout name it STS (Seige the Staff)?

    But some of us are chickens and just build, not fight as well. Maybe an area for spectators like me??

  13. I'm not into PVP so I'm quite indifferent about the whole thing, but still got one question:

    I think the 2nd rule would be a bad one (or did you intent to say only blocks that you can get in survival?) because, well... There might be a small flaw in your plan :eek:

    See, all they'd have to do is to build a small surrounding shelter using protected blocks and after that no one could get to 'm ;) That kind of protection isn't limited to staff btw, so this might need a bit of tweaking I guess.

  16. Looking at logistics:

    -would need to be in town/games server to prevent issues with protected blocks
    -PvP would have to be on for everyone, also build/destroy set to true

    So the way I'm seeing it is the staff are granted access to the area a little early, so they build to protect themselves. Then we let in the players and FIGHT!

    This sound like what you are after?
