[Suggestion] Rupee rename, global chat and more

Currency name change:
In my opinion i think the currency should stay rupees. That is what it was when I first joined and it reminded me of Zelda, it would be an odd change now.

Global Chat:
The global chat idea I am 100% for and glad to see that it was already thought of and is in the works.

Merging of SMPs:
Currently I have noticed like others that the server's are lacking in players as of lately, it sucks but merging the servers is not a good answer for it. EMC has some great custom code that makes playing here a unique experience, one that I know a lot of people love. The real issue that the server is facing i think is that it has not updated to the newest version of minecraft yet, people want to play with the latest features of minecraft and they are not able to do so here. So they have moved on leaving EMC in the past. I am sure though once the server updates to a later version we are going to see more people joining and it filling the SMPs up with people again. When that happens everyone will be happy to have 9 towns.

I know Aikar and the dev's are working to get the code up to date, and also noticed that there are a lot of mods that have not been updated to 1.13 as well, so it cannot be an easy task. So I will wait patiently and play on the best minecraft server my family have ever found.

Rupees are too iconic to rename. Also you dont have to press shift for r, such as 100r

After some more thought here's my updated opinion.

I still think that renaming rupees would be beneficial however definitely not a top priority and I can understand why players may be against it.

Global chat will be one of the best updates ever imo. I just want it ASAP!!

Merging SMPs would be a pointless idea without it being perfect and either way it'll just waste the SS time since we're getting global. There's tons of empty res anyway so the only real benefit of being on the same SMP as another res is that you don't have to server hop. -1 on that idea for me
