  1. Yes, I cut my hair. And I got new glasses. I meant to post this weeks ago but procrastination is my specialty....

    Ignore that stupid zit that wanted to be the center of attention (and my chin)....

  8. I don't take a lot of pictures of myself so they're scarce unless others take them but was just in Olympic Valley replacing the gal's door knob and lock and she coerced me into taking one with her.

  9. Officially reached the end of my transformation challenge last week and wanted to share a selfie I took to mark the occasion on March 20th. I am extremely proud of what I have accomplished and am stronger, healthier, and happier than I have been in a while. Everyone goes through hard times, including myself, and I am so grateful to everyone on EMC for being my second family and keeping me (mostly) sane through them. I find myself smiling genuinely a lot more recently and you are all a large part of that. Happy Smiles!

  17. Healthy body, healthy mind. Good to hear about your improved state :)

    I try to stay active for the same reason, even if that means I have to force myself. Every weekend I play 36+ holes of disc golf, rain/snow/shine. I also fit a few hikes a week in, and in the peak of Winter, numerous snowshoeing treks up in the high Sierra Nevada range (Desolation Wilderness mostly.)

    It's funny, I often find myself dragging out of bed, grimacing that I'm up at 5:30am to get out and about to maximize the day. I then reach the end of my day and realize that I wouldn't have had it any other way.
