Just an update: I haven't forgotten this thread, in fact I've made blueprints for a good build which I'll upload later. Despite me being far from the building process, I think that the blueprints will help me advance in the time being

Here is the breakdown: The Square is one 120x120 Utopian Residence. It is divided into 4 parts, each going up 60 blocks. The floor is going to stay as dirt, so it can be like an actual residence. About 1 or two blocks may need to be sheared off to make room for an exterior entrance, so it wont just be a dirt path. When doing the math, 8 normal sized residences will be able to fit, 4 in the first floor and 4 in the 2nd. If I can get 6 of them all side by side, we can get 48 normal sized residences!

I believe ur math is wrong 4x6=24

Bump! This idea is still valid and ATM irl has prevented the idea from moving forward, but I can assure you all that the building should begin construction by July
