Just a few things. The OEO headquarters is in Iraq, they've been doing everything there for years, a direct result of the machinations of the Empire. (The Government there owes its existence to HMKX) OEO is a proportional-representation system, where each nation gets a vote proportional to their population. Guess who this benefits. (1.7 Billion and growing, wink wink). This is, again a direct result of the machinations of the Empire. The OEO however is not a Imperial puppet, just like the GAD. If one could convince enough nations to stand against the Empire... well, it wouldn't matter what HMKX pulled. How did this happen? Well, no one else bothered and HMKX jumped on the opportunity. That's... it. No complex scheming, no illegal invasions. Because literally no one bothered to do so. I am not kidding. I am serious.

Therefore, it is important to warn the people of corruption, and the best possible warning is simply spreading it all around the world. For reference, 1 is highly corrupt and 100 is clean.WORLD CORRUPTION INDEX, SECTION: COMBINESOf the "Combines", the most corrupt country is the United Federation of States. Bribery is all too common, and the system works for the benefit of the bureaucracy, instead of the People. The most common type of corruption is Bribery, with well over 3,000,000$ in bribes sent in the last year alone, a terrible sign for corruption. 39 points.Of the "Combines", the fourth-most corrupt is Javor, with Dunkin-Donuts having a significant influence within the government. However, corruption is not as rampant as it is in the UFOS, and Dunkin mostly influences corporate pay standards instead of actively affecting the lives of the People, which prevents it from having a much lower score. 56 points.Of The "Combines", the third most corrupt is The United North. The remnants of the Oligarchy is a significant problem, with this part of the government having developed a "Bribe Culture". However, it is significantly less pervasive than in Javor, because of the fact that the corruption is being removed as the years wear on, and the Oligarchy takes wear and tear. 61 points.Of the "Combines", the second least corrupt is the He-MaKiXi Empire. The brutal and definitely inhumane punishments for many types of corruption have prevented corruption at the high-middle levels of government, with extensive corruption purges removing corruption. However, in some of the lower levels of government, corruption is difficult to hold accountable, and corruption is if not rampant, prevalent in the lower levels in certain regions. 77 points.Of the "Combines", the least corrupt is the United Kingdoms of the North Sea. They have a low-corruption culture, and the country is quite clean and the Bureaucracy being a force for the People rather than corporate interests, with many officials being deemed by the determination board "Incorruptible". 82 points.
NUCLEAR WEAPONRY: OEO REPORT As Nuclear Weaponry continue to be developed, it may be important to think about Nuclear Weaponry and all its owners. Therefore, the OEO has created a report for the number of Nuclear Weaponry in the World. CLASS A is yields from 0.1 Kilotons to 150 kilotons. CLASS B is yields from 150 Kilotons to 1 Megaton. CLASS C is yields from 1 Megaton to 50 Megatons. CLASS D is 50 megatons and beyond. This country, likewise has gained its massive arsenal through an arms race with the HMKX Empire. They seem to focus on indiscriminate destruction rather than tactical use.The United Kingdoms of the North Sea: 64 CLASS B Weapons.It is a well-known fact that the UKNS operates and uses primarily Submarines to launch its Nuclear Weapons. Intelligence has indicated they posses an abnormally small number of Nuclear Weaponry, likely to be less effective in a large-scale attack due to the main target being the HMKX Empire, and HMKX being the only nation to ever develop Super-Modern Anti-Nuclear Weapons systems.The United Federation of States: 46 CLASS A weapons.This Combine's Nuclear Weaponry is from the 50s, exchanged by a deal between HMKX and UFOS. It is likely a good portion of this county's weapons are in fact non-operational and exists for saber-rattling to weaker nations in order to further its own national interests.France: 200 CLASS A weapons, 50 CLASS B weapons.One of the few non-Combines to posses Nuclear Weapons, France has confirmed it possesses over 200 weapons. It is likely these weapons were obtained relatively recently, independently of any help from outside parties.Israel: Unclear, around 100 weapons of unknown class. A non-Combine, Israel possesses Nuclear Weapons in a formerly, and to some extent still volatile region. Israel does not officially admit to possessing Nuclear Weapons, but it is clear that they do so, and the OEO acknowledges this. This is the direct reason Israel refuses to join the OEO.South Africa: Unclear.It is unclear whether this county possesses Nuclear Weapons at this point in time. They certainly formerly possessed them in a deal with Israel, but it is significantly unclear whether they posses them now. Intelligence offers contradictory reports on whether they posses Nuclear Weapons or not.
After extensive negotiations between Japan and HMKX, Japan will become its own independent nation, labelled "The Monarchy of Japan". Japan will be a HMKX ally, and will provide aid and be an Airstrip for the Empire. Japan will get to keep the 7th fleet as their navy and it will be boosted to full complement and repair, and in exchange they will give up the Aircraft Carrier and portions of the 9th fleet they took. They will also be a domestic ally for HMKK. They will be close as hell, they will have a FTA, as well as share the same currency and visa-free movement from their respective nations. While a net loss for the Empire, there is one more clause that might tip the scales. "In the event Japan is unable to keep Australia, these terms may be renegotiated. If Japan gets to keep Australia, the Empire will provide all oil resources to Japan and annex the landmass".
The HMKX Empire has negotiated a deal with the following countries for a military and political alliance: Iraq (now formally allies) Saudi Arabia (long-time buddies, now full allies) The New Abyssinian Empire (They with HMKX backing has annexed several other countries) (Once again, buddies turned allies). Okay, the last few posts have been mine. This is the last one. The HMKX Empire is now also planning a manned space mission. The military funding has been throttled to make up for the loss. 2 people will be launched into space and back, and numerous satellites shall be launched from the Empire into space. The Empire is developing new rockets in order to launch them into space, and a manned moon landing is also being planned.
Today, as of the year 1969, The United North has founded the North Pacific Alliance Treaty or NPAT. These league of Nations are apart of a joint governmental and military alliance with one another. All nations are responsible for peacekeeping and militarized contributions to the Alliance and will be assisting one another during cases of war and of political tension, as well as trade agreements. The list of members apart of NPAT includes: The United North The Republic of California Florida Israel Louisiana Oregon Idaho Texas Spain Greece Romania Red Stands for NPAT allies to TUN As these countries may not be involved in everything other members do, they will be formidable allies during tough times. Members who show a noticeable lack of participation and dedication to the NPAT will be removed from the alliance. Members who commit tremendous war crimes, treason, and corruption will be removed from the alliance, as well as members who are persuaded by enemy ideals. We ask Javor and the UKNS if they would like to join. Even if they are already in an alliance with TUN, they will gain benefits as they will be in the same alliance with the other countries apart of NPAT. Although... I don't think the UKNS would appreciate being in an organization with Israel...
I thought we agreed to call California NCR, for New California Republic. Florida and the Democratic State of Texas is in a state of undeclared war. RoF is constantly harassing DST in naval confrontations, and DST refuses to export anything to the RoF. NCR is the second most powerful all-American power, first being Javor, third is DST and fourth is RoF.
Due to there not being a formidable government, TUN has taken over Louisiana as a placeholder until a proper government is fulfilled. As for the country itself, it is entirely in shambles. Cities and towns are in wreck, and need immense repair, which TUN is hastily funding. The economy has definitely seen better days, and the unemployment rate has been at an all-time low. Education and the healthcare system is very pricey, yet total crap. The military was disbanded a while ago, and so the only force of defence against terrorism was the broken police force and veterans protecting their homes. Luckily, many towns in the heart of Louisiana were untouched, and remain stable, although places along the coast were torn by the reckless behaviour of the Lost Cause. TUN has yet to make any military advancement on Lost Cause members outside of Louisiana. There is no doubt that there is a large force still erupting in many southern states, which at this point have had major influences on their governments, mainly Mississipi. TUN believes that states like Mississipi and Alabama who were broken after the states split looked for a way to protect themselves from the strong presence in the north, a presence which they have been taught to hate, and so a cause which defends them (hah, not really) is always an assurance.
IDK, EACH OTHER. The AfA has several splinter factions. The one TUN defeated was the most extreme and violent faction, while some other factions of the AfA aren't all that bad. One of them are actually not racist, and instead Nationalist. The one that has taken root in Mississippi is a fairly constructive, if still very racist faction.
Can you just tell me the list of states in the AfA conflict, considering you apparently know the most about it.
AfA Splinter factions: White Knights: The most violent and extreme faction of the AfA, they are very aggressive in their maneuvers and took over Louisiana. However, this extremism has gotten them rejected by the rest of AfA, ultimately leading to their downfall. They were far too violent for the tastes of the rest of the AfA, and far too destructive for the rest of America, thereby cutting off sympathy. The TUN intervention merely finished off a dying party, as their madness was unsustainable. Grand Bishops: A much less violent faction of the AfA, they are a very constructive force... for white people. They distribute to the needy and helps people get jobs. Their financial capability is used to directly help the populace of Mississippi, as the local government is weak. Unsurprisingly, the locals love the AfA. Other than the loud, occasional lynch mob they are fairly helpful. They do however perpetrate systematic racism and discriminates, either outright not giving aid to black neighborhoods and making life harder for them. For Auld Lang Syne: A military faction, they are spread across the former USA and are fairly formidable. They posses many weapons and are respected across the USA, as they have a very high concentration of veterans and gunowners. They want to restore the USA, and they vehemently despise the HMKX Empire because they are socialist, and this faction is very anti-socialist and anti-communist. The Black Flag Coalition: A coalition group of the AfA party, they are the White Knights lite. They are less extreme and less racist. Has various bases in Florida, Georgia and Virginia.
Way too much spending has been focused on rebuilding Malaysia, and TUN removes their plans on reconstructing the nation. This marks a new part of history. TUN is becoming less and less interested in Malaysia, and will most likely allow their independence in the near future. This is brand new hope for a new thriving nation! The focus is being centred on Louisiana, although spending is focused much less on rebuilding the state, TUN is building a strong military force there, along with military bases. TUN isn't on the engagement of a conflict, but if the AfA party decides to fool around, TUN is going to react. (also due to the apparent war with Florida and Texas that I wasn't informed on earlier, Florida is no longer apart of NPAT, although negotiations to maintain peace are being made)
The Empire is advising the Turkish navy to fortify the Black Sea entrance, which would likely come into conflict with Greece's goals. The Empire is exporting weapons into most countries in their bloc, with AK-47s a common sight in many world militaries, and HMKX weaponry a common thing. But enough about the stupid military. There's altogether far too much death and destruction! How about construction! The Empire's massive Russian infrastructure projects are going quite well. Jobs are created, the money's multiplying, and... the environment sucks. Crap. The Empire is setting into motion a 30-year plan to abandon fossil fuels and reduce pollution. Alternative sources of energy are beginning to be researched, 2 years until a noticeable effect happens.
TUN is looking to start oil trade with Saudi Arabia. Hopefully, this does not interfere with The Empire, does it?
I don't see why TUN cannot makes its own oil, it has Oil reserves in both Alaska and Canada proper... The Empire really doesn't mind. They don't care who Saud Arabia sells their oil to, as long as they aren't outright enemies of the Empire.
