I like the different degrees of 'fuzziness', creating perspective and highlighting the subject.

Alright, trust me I do like it very much for what you did. It's new and very creative. If I had to critique on it it would be the lacking of the "S" curve and the steam coming off the top there. Shown here

It's hard to see with black and white but there is a little smoke coming out of the smoke stack as well. The lines I made showed the "depth" of the photograph, but other than that I couldn't be more happy with your work
