  4. I hope you guys don't mind if I just chime in here.

    The First Loser is the best game I have ever had the pleasure of hosting. I remember finding it on a forum but when I went back to cross-reference the rules on one of my first games, it was gone. When I left, my biggest fear was this game being forgotten and never played with again since I had so much fun hosting and learning from it.

    That being said, I am happy that it was been brought back and it looks like it will be better than ever with the current assortment of people who are hosting and will be hosting. I just want to clarify something:

    I remember this private message. I asked you because you seemed to share a similar passion for the game as me. I can't wait to check back in to see you host (if you ever do!). But that doesn't mean nobody else can host. I'd love to see multiple hosts and their handling of the game.

    As for the 5x5 grid, I only prefer the 4x4 grid because it can get awkward waiting for players to join and it makes for quicker games which means more games over time.

    I remember each game I hosted being an experiment of what my limits are. Starting with what I call Ground Zero, I made a game which went nowhere. A while after I made The First Loser's actual first game. I can't say I have a favorite since none of them were perfect to me. Games 1-3 lacked real organization from me. Game 2 was too long. S2G1 I wasn't even a part of :p. And S2G2 was just Frankenstein's monster. Full of regret with that one.

    Now we are on season 3!? This is awesome!

    I hope that you have as much fun hosting as I did. I will definitely be watching future games. I have a feeling season 3 will be one of the best seasons. Best of luck!

    And yeah, I think we've learnt from you that The First Loser is complicated enough as is, and doesn't need any extra peculiarities... ;)

  10. The fact that there was a 6-way-tie is very interesting, since that means there were at least 4 others at risk (and might still be), while they have no idea that they are.

    Yeah, that could be you next time... (if you are not eliminated already or under immmunity of course ;))
