Yup - I'm doing IB English (ealls). The rest of my subjects follow the Dutch VWO (highest level) program. Only the international department of my school does other subjects via the IB program. :)

Oh. Don't try to hide words in white, constrict margins, change font type/size, make footnotes superbig if that's applicable to what you're doing. Those are very cheap (and old!) tricks everyone knows about and know how to check for.

I had a few people try that on papers I graded in grad school!

Just go about it honestly and get someone really good with grammar checking to help you consolidate if you need it. :)

Hehe, nah, don't worry, I didn't use any weird tricks to change anything. :P I believe I've only done that once, and it was only changing the spaces and dots from size 12 to 12.5 or something (and it wasn't an important thing, I believe it was like 5+ years ago)... :P

The rationale for this task had to be 200-300 words... it was 298, but then I looked for somewhere I could add 2 more words, found somewhere, and tadaa, 300 words exactly. ;)

I arrived back home just after midnight on Sunday (March 18). :) (which was the "worst part" of the trip; having to return. :P)

I actually really liked it, haha. :P I was glad we finally turned home. But many others weren't. ;) The trip back was also nice; on the final bus trip I had some fun conversation with Lanata. :)

Of course, the trip back home was also nice, but I personally could've stayed at least another month without getting bored. ;)

No, but since roaming costs for mobile data in Europe were removed, I can now freely use it whenever I want. :D It was great for helping us out with taking the bus, this way we didn't have to walk nearly as much. :D

lol, yeah, I guess that too, unfortunately (people definitely won't sleep before 23:00 and breakfast is at 8:00 but before that you have to go out to seek more breakfast because the stuff they (the place we're staying) give isn't enough and then you leave at 8:30 so lol great. Oh well. :P

If you stand before the pantheon, there is one to your back right side just around the corner of the plaza. That is the one I was talking about, at least. It had over 150 different tastes when I was there

Oooh I didn't know there were two in that plaza! The one I was talking about was behind you on the left side (if you stand the way Haastregt described) hahaha

It's probably very good there are two, though - it was really busy the summer I went. ^_~* Sounds like either one would be a great choice if you get the time!

I had to get out of bed at 3:30 when I had my trip, we had to be at the airport at 5PM and I had an hour travle time. It was quite nice though to be so early because that means we basically had an extra day in Rome :)
