      ok so like I go to get on EMC and it says I am banned due to racism...the only thing I said was I'm black. By that logic almost everyone on at that time should have been banned. Everyone was saying what race they are...y am I the only one who got banned?

      i am sorry i lied i got banned for pvp and thes guys said i could have there staff and then when i was heding to the town plese were you can teleport to home and these people tryed to liget me up with flent and steel and i had to put them on fire and when i goat home they said i will have to give him 20 diamonds and if i did not i would get reportid by 4 people and banned i did not bleve him.

      In Server 7, an argument broke out about someone griefing. They didn't deny it, so it was decided the griefer would repay the owner. The griefer agreed, but the real problem was when people started saying things along the lines of "Shun the dog-murderer- 1000 times" or "Ignore _____ for killing dogs!!". They where asked to stop. They all had reason to be mad, and I just logged out. What should I have done?

        When something like this happens, use the /report feature. It sends a message to us staff through our moderator tool square and allows us to view the issue from their and decide if anything needs to be done =]

        Yeah those who were logged in when the server crashed are now phantom log ins. Usually we just kick people and it allows them to log in however the server and square isn't allowing us to do this atm. Unfortunately it has become a sit and wait for the problem to be fixed. Most likely by a server reboot.

        How about you follow the correct ban appeal procedures? (http://empireminecraft.com/threads/ban-appeals.322/)

        Automated spam protection means that the server has picked you up spamming, not a moderator. It is not often wrong.
