        go to your multiplayer. click "join server" or whatever and type in "smp5.empireminecraft.com"and you can join the smp once youve added. then click t and type in /open res or /open to find an open plot, and it will tell you how to claim the plot. if you have a house on a different smp i could clear some trees and let you move your stuff onto it while you move. thats about it. good luck! hopefully this was helpful.
