Why does ServerPact.com say that I may only vote once every 12h but then counts the vote anyway? (there was over 24h since the last vote) Dec 25, 2016

        Its a lag error on their side. The request duplicates and throws back the you may only vote once every 12 for the second request. If you can access a browser console, next time check the log for when you submit your next vote. Dunno why their button does this but it does.
