Guardian XP Farm

Discussion in 'Products, Businesses, & Services Archives' started by p2nda, Jun 20, 2015.

  1. Hello. I was wondering if i can sell a guardian xp farm fully working, plus a cave spider farm under the guardian farm fully equiped, with a brewing machine and enchanting room. Its made in Frontier 15 min from an outpost. If is possible to me to put for sale and if someone want to purchase we can discuss the price. I spent 2 months building the grinder that have 2 kill modes, automatic (for prismarines) and semi to get xp.
  2. You can, but put a price so I know what to pay :p

  3. I can't speak for general selling (ww2 probably has a better idea up there than I do), but since it involves coordinates and spawner locations, no part of it can be auctioned.

  4. I would love to buy it

  5. I would need to know where it is. If it is pretty far away from spawn without some sort of path, I would probably pass on buying it. Also, can you give me an estimated price?

  6. It can't be auctioned, but you can sell them individually. You just have to show the player the coordinations as stated and the design, then if they don't want it, they don't pay the fee. The price just needs to be listed.

  8. Cool :D thanks guys for the reply. as you guys may know a guardian XP farm is not so easy to deal with. i mean, is underwater, has 4 mean bosses and a lot of mean guardians. the bosses gives you an awfull effect name mining fatigue III and is a pain... untill you beat the bosses you cant do anything, unless you bring a cow with you to provide milk :D lol... kidding. So the hardest par is not deal with the bosses but drain zillions of water outside the temple, is 64 x 64 x 20 ful of water and fishes. Also, find a monument in frontier is not easy. This farm is located 3600 blocks from an outpost and has all you need to get full DC of fishes, prismarine blocks. Im 4 months old in this server and i love here.. for me is the best server i ever played. So Lets talk about prices. Since i dont know to much about economy in EMC, i dont know how much is a fair price for 2 months of work but i was thinking in something about R$ 1.000.000 . please tell me if is to much . The idea to sell is because i want purchase two diamond vouchers, (i think costs 250 K each) one for me and one for my friend who helped me to build and drain the monument and have some rupees for our store....
  9. Oh god, AM building still on mine now a few weeks busy with it. mine is only around 60x50 in size.
I know how much work you did. and i know it takes a few weeks more.

  12. Just an fyi, having that cave spider farm underneath is going to reduce the spawn rates of the guardian farm.

  15. I've built two guardian farms so far and have a place I can do a 3rd. I was wondering if you would be kind enough to provide me with your farms location so I can see your design.

  16. 2 farms ? you must be terrible boring. after one you say no second one for a long time. lol and i know 2 other locations i would use one to convert to guardian farm.

  17. After having done 5 of these farms, I can say that turning into an xp style is a serious pest. That is the hardest design to do, especially with the toggle. Making a guardian farm is a ton of effort, and a lot of materials. A ton of gear repair too if you don't have voter's gear. I would charge at least 500k for your farm as a suggested selling price if it has a good drop rate (at Sushi Drop, you can get a stack of shards within 10 minutes and half stack of crystals). Calculate your drop rate is a good place to start on figuring out the final price. Hope that helps!
