New outpost: Kartharga [ESTABLISHED]

Hello staff,

I'd like to establish an outpost named after the great empire of Carthage on smp4. I have several locked chests in the wild and several locked chests in this outpost. How can we sort this out? Shall I pm somebody the approximate coordinates? It is far out and I am sure there is nobody in the vicinity as I explored the land myself

I agree with all terms that kaizimir has made as I have signed the "contract" before I joined. Seeing as I am the 2nd occupant of Carthaga I find it amazing! Kaizimir congrats on finally establishing it as I have been anticipating
