A player has just cheat me out of 8k, what do I do?

  1. The player creepersrus121 has cheated me out of 8000r, I had just paid him 8k for a Cupid's Bow and he didn't give this to me and logged off with my rupees! Can somebody please shed some light on this subject and tell me what to do?
