Need help on double piston Extender

  1. So I am trying to build this piston door, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t4GDIuMth2A, but am having trouble, whenever I give it a signal to extend or retract, the double piston's don't work as they should and I just can't seem to figure it out. Can anyone help me?
