   hello everyone i would love some info on spawn rates of horses in the wild any information would be helpful. Also noted they spawn in plains and Savannah

   Horses are ussualy found in the plains biomes.

   read this im looking for more of a time rate like say a heard spawns once every x amount of time

   It's pretty hard to measure passive mob spawns, especially things like horses, squids, mooshrooms or another 'special mob'.
   
   These mobs all have certain requirements that need to be met such as Y: level, biome, block, and when these conditions are "maximized" then you will get the best spawn rates.
   
   Your best bet is to go to a plains biome, run around constantly unloading & loading the chunks over and over hoping for passive mob spawns... but this will take a very long time
