For halloween, I think tokens should be used. You spend tokens on costume pieces. Each one costs 5,000 tokens. Every costume piece has the following enchantments: Final, Unbreakable All costume pieces are leather armor unless stated otherwise. I like for these costume pieces to remain cosmetic. Spellbinding Shirt Part of the Witch costume set Wear all 4 costume pieces to transform into a witch during October! Possessed Pants Part of the Witch costume set Wear all 4 costume pieces to transform into a witch during October! Supernatural Shoes Part of the Witch costume set Wear all 4 costume pieces to transform into a witch during October! Skeleton: Strange Skull (Skeleton Skull) Part of the Skeleton costume set Wear all 4 costume pieces to transform into a Skeleton during October! Rattling Ribcage Part of the Skeleton costume set Wear all 4 costume pieces to transform into a Skeleton during October! Possessed Pants Part of the Skeleton costume set Wear all 4 costume pieces to transform into a Skeleton during October! This a great idea, in my opinion. However, what would be the pricing of these? That's a lot of items to be bought, so I wouldn't think they'd be too expensive, but at the same time, they are pretty cool. I think it might be better if different costumes were earned different ways. For example, one might be purchaseable by Tokens (or, of course, it could be one type of clothing, such as all the boots). Another might be found in fallen mobs, another might be a promotional option, another might spawn in random chests in the wild, etc.
5,000 tokens for each costume piece. I chose 5,000 because the avalauncher cost 20k and that was just an infinite snowball and a token sink is nice. And I chose tokens because I like to believe tokens are used for things you'd buy at the fair: Cosmetic or just cool useless items. Thanks for your feedback.
Awesome idea but maybe different effects on the armor instead of a mob transformation. Like skeleton has Ranged Damage +10%, Zombie has Melee Damage +10%, and Witch has a Potion Time +10% for all potions the player consumes.
I appreciate the feedback, but I'd prefer for it to be entirely cosmetic. Not everything needs a purpose.
What if you could use a lot of tokens to buy an awesome skeleton horse? Bloody-Bone Redeem tokens for a limited time skelly horse! Other wise, great ideas! I want to transform into a skeleton..
