    Hmm so do I but I don't have any issues. Can you go into your router settings and check the DNS?

    Also I phoned them up earlier today. It's my router that's the problem and I 'need' a new one. I know it isn't. There's absolutely no point in getting a new router, because i'm switching over to BT Fibre Optic soon.
